We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

  • The return request must be submitted before sending the item back

2. Eligibility for Clothing Returns

To qualify for a refund, clothing items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be in resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged clothing

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Final sale or discounted items (if clearly marked at purchase)

  • Items returned after the 30-day period

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

If your request is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions and the return address

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos if possible.

We will review the issue and offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund at no additional cost

7. Refund Processing

Within 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

8. Orders in Transit

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded

  • You must wait until delivery and then request a return within the 30-day period
